Christine Van Velthoven

Qualified in psychology, Christine Van Velthoven is Managing Director of CPM, a firm she co-founded in 1980. CPM is active in Belgium, and through Competency@ also in China. An advocate of getting HRM into the boardroom as a tool for realising business strategies and making human ambitions possible in the workplace, Christine is also a business leader, not just for her role of over 25 years in building CPM into a leading player in assessment and development, but also for her other business leadership roles. These include her current role as CEO of the international CFR Consulting Group, a sister network to ACE that specialises in international executive search. Additionally, Christine holds several board memberships and chairmanships of professional associations, some of which show her broad cultural interest: she is a member of the board of the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra, president of the International Club of Flanders. and a member of the Warande Business Club.  She is also board member of Beautiful A.B.C (Beautiful After Breast Cancer).
