ACE-consultants of CPM Nederland and CPM Belgium work in close cooperation with Bayers Talent manager to realize leadership development centers, designed by Bayer itself. ACE-consultants facilitate a smooth realisation from the beginning, the intake, till the end of the process (feedback for candidates and client in reports and feedback conversations). Observations of roleplays are made by Bayer managers and ACE-consultants, in teams of mixed nationalities. The Bayer observers are trained by ACE consultants in advance and candidates are coached during the process.
